First Run — a role-based onboarding RPG in your browser

First Run is a browser-based, role-specific onboarding RPG made by Make Feelbetter. New hires and people joining a project walk a virtual campus, meet mentor NPCs, and make decisions in quests built from real work situations, getting a grade and the reasoning behind it for every answer. It was designed from the practical experience of a PMP®-certified project manager and can be customized with a company's own scenarios.

The demo is free and runs in a web browser on desktop or mobile, with no sign-up.
It has quests and mentors for five roles: Developer, PMO, Publisher (HTML/CSS), Planner and Designer.
Answers are graded Excellent, Good, Risky or Poor, and missed quests can be retried on a Review Board.
It includes a seven-chapter story, levels, badges, area unlocks, answer combos and 12 achievements.
At the end, a result report lists strengths, areas to work on and recommended review quests.
It is available in Korean, English, Japanese and Spanish.
